 TOOL:

Canva AI

PROMPT:

A matching exercise consisting of 8 sentences for grade 5 ESL students to distinguish between 'If I ..., I will ...' and 'If I were ..., I would/would not ....' sentences. Students will match the first half of each sentence to its correct second half.  Four of the sentences will begin with 'If I feel/have/ ...' (i.e., Type 1 conditional sentences), and 4 will begin with 'If I were ...' (i.e., Type 2 conditional sentences).
