- 3 WAYS TO CHOOSE A PASSAGE/STORY TO READ:
- AI-CREATE A STORY
- Choose an animal character (dog, frog, rabbit, etc.)
- Choose a setting from the 13 options provided (eg, school, island, castle
- Choose from one of the 8 reading levels
- Generate story, which will appear on 3 sections, one after another.
- Start recording your reading of section 1, then section 2, then section 3
- Overall result shown: overall pronunciation accuracy percentage (eg, 94%); total time taken (out of 20 min); 5 words for further practice
- If you like, start the recording or your reading of the 5 words. Feedback given on each word read aloud.
- Read a Passage
- Pick from the 110 built-in levelled passages from Readworks
- fiction; nonfiction
- proceed as above
- See performance result (accuracy percentage; 5 words to practise further)
- Add a Passage
- Paste in your own reading passage
- Proceed as above
