So far, this is the best solution that I've found:
Method 1: Use the Find and Replace feature
- Highlight the text that you want to remove the lines from.
- Press
Ctrl
+H
to open the Find and Replace dialog box. - In the "Find what" field, type
^p
. This will find all hard returns in your text. - In the "Replace with" field, type a single space.
- Click the "Replace All" button.
This will replace all hard returns in your text with a single space. This will remove the lines from your text.
