AI tools for generating images

The Bing Image Designer isn't available to Hong Kong yet.

I tried the Image Creator inside poe.com. The result is OK and looks like a hand-drawn image, without the fantasy feel that pictures created with Bing Image Designer have.

Youtube Trimmer

Youtube Trimmer, https://www.youtubetrimmer.com/, is easy to use to get one section of a Youtube video (start time + end time). However, it only allows you extract, and you cannot annotate the extract like you can with Vibby.com.

Test-driving CapCut

Just had a go the video editing tool CapCut. There's a mobile app as well as a desktop version.

I tried the desktop version. You basically start with photos you import into it. It's super user-friendly. There are many functions. The 'insert' text looks particularly promising. And the free plan is good enough. The maximum video length is 15 minutes.

The downside is that this app is mainly for creating Vertical videos (not Horizontal). Yes, you can use landscape images, but the resulting video will be smaller in size.

What eLearning means to me

Earlier on, I blogged about NOT starting with PPT even when we intended to create a PPT deck. Instead, we should start with WORD.  The step...
